Basic Functions
Wireless 4G Communication: After configuring network parameters via the RS485 configuration software and successfully establishing a connection with the server, the device proceeds to transmit data.
Downlink LoRa Wireless Communication: After configuring the relevant data acquisition parameters via the RS485 channel, the device performs rapid reading of data from connected equipment.
RS485 Port: The device enables communication with electricity meters via the RS485 interface while simultaneously maintaining wireless communication capabilities. This achieves true dual-channel simultaneous communication without mutual interference; the RS485 port communication baud rate is 2400 bps.
Integrated Data Resend Mechanism: The power gateway terminal features an internal mechanism for detecting and resending missing data, ensuring timely retransmission to enhance data integrity and stability.
Remote Software Updates: This power gateway terminal supports remote software upgrades and updates via 4G connectivity, thereby reducing the costs associated with system updates.
Transportation and Storage
During transportation and unpacking, the product must not be subjected to severe impact. Transportation and storage shall be conducted in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 15464-1995, *General Technical Conditions for Packaging of Instrumentation*.
For inventory and storage purposes, the product should be kept in its original packaging and placed on shelving or racks; the stacking height must not exceed five layers.
The storage environment must be clean, with an ambient temperature ranging from 0°C to 40°C and a relative humidity not exceeding 85%. Furthermore, the air within the storage area must be free of any harmful substances capable of causing corrosion.
After-Sales Service
For a period of 18 months from the date of sale, provided that the manufacturer's seal on the device casing remains intact (i.e., the casing has not been opened) and the user has adhered to the requirements outlined in the instruction manual, the manufacturer offers free repair services for the Power Efficiency Monitoring Terminal. For the period between 18 months and 5 years from the date of sale, the manufacturer will provide warranty repair services at cost.
