DTSU1218 three-phase four-wire electronic energy meter (guide rail) is a new generation of energy metering products developed and produced by our company in accordance with relevant technical specifications. This product adopts dedicated large-scale integrated circuits and SMT production technology, and has functions such as energy metering, data processing, real-time monitoring, and information interaction. The RS485 communication interface supports Modbus and DL/T 645 dual communication protocols. Installation and wiring of electric meter

The electric energy meter should be installed in a ventilated and dry place indoors to ensure safe and reliable installation and use. In places where there is dirt or the electric energy meter may be damaged, the electric energy meter should be protected by a protective cabinet.

 

Before installing the energy meter, check the factory seal. If the seal is intact, start installation.

The energy meter should be installed on a solid fire-resistant wall indoors or outdoors, at a height of about 1.8m, in an environment free of corrosion.

The electric energy meter should be connected according to the wiring diagram shown in the manual. It is best to use copper wire or copper terminal.

When connecting the instrument, pay attention to the direction of the incoming and outgoing wires and tighten the screws to avoid instrument failure due to poor contact.

The instrument connected through the transformer should pay attention to the polarity of the secondary of the current transformer.

Use standard 35mm guide rail for installation.

 

Metering function

It has the function of measuring positive active electric energy and reverse active electric energy and can store their data.

 

Rates and time periods(Optional)

It has two sets of rate time tables, which can be automatically switched at the agreed time; each set of rates supports 4 rates. It has a calendar and clock,

and can set 2 time zones throughout the year. It can program 8 time periods at will within 24 hours; the minimum interval of the time period is 15 minutes; the time period can be set across zero o'clock.

It supports modification of time zone table and time period table through RS485 communication interface, and has safety measures to prevent unauthorized operation.

 

Measurement and monitoring

It can measure, record and display the current operating parameters of the electric energy meter, such as voltage, current, power, power factor, etc. The measurement error (reference error) shall not exceed ±2%.

 

Display function

This electric energy meter can display total power consumption, current, voltage, power, power factor, etc.

 

Pulse Output

The electric energy meter has the function of outputting LED pulses and electric pulses which are proportional to the electric energy being measured. The characteristics of the optical test output device meet the requirements of GB/T 17215.211-2006. The characteristics of the electric test output device meet the requirements of GB/T 15284-2002.

 

Communication Interface

Support NB-loT and 4G module communication, optional RS485 communication interface, the physical layer of each communication interface is independent, and the damage of one communication interface will not affect other interfaces.
