The system is equipped with a high-speed and high-precision AC voltage and current acquisition module, which ensures high sampling accuracy and real-time precise energy measurement.
It can measure active power and reactive power in time-sharing mode, store their data, and has RS485 communication and infrared communication functions.
The electromagnetic compatibility is excellent, and it can resist the interference of high voltage peak pulse, strong magnetic field, strong static electricity, lightning surge, and has a strong temperature adaptive range;
Powered by a three-phase system, the energy meter continues to function normally even when only one phase is energized.
Low power consumption;
Sealed design with PVC waterproof and flame-retardant material, wall-mounted structure, lightweight and easy to install.

Meter Installation and Wiring
Install the electricity meter in a well-ventilated and dry indoor location to ensure safe and reliable operation. Where contamination or potential damage to the meter is likely, it should be housed in a protective enclosure.
Installation dimensions: 220*146*72mm
Function Description
Electricity billing is processed through the remote power distribution system, with no storage or display of billing or pricing data on the meter. When receiving commands such as power disconnection, connection, or data reading from the system, the meter must undergo rigorous password verification and security authentication. The LCD screen displays 'disconnection' when the power is cut. The meter's power consumption parameters can be configured via IC card.
The power purchase mode supports two methods: a) local IC card purchase; b) RS485 communication port purchase. These two methods are mutually exclusive. If the RS485 remote purchase fails, the IC card can be used as a backup to prevent missed or duplicate purchases.
First-time users must manually open an account using an IC card and configure parameters before activating the prepaid service.
The prepaid feature becomes unavailable after remote forced switching, but it will be restored upon re-purchasing electricity.
This electricity meter displays the following information:
1) Displays the alarm level;
2) Displays the accumulated power level;
3) Current constant;
4) Display the mailing address;
5) Displays the remaining battery level;
6) Current total power.
The power consumption display has 8 digits, including 2 decimal places.
Under normal operating conditions, the LCD shall have a lifespan of at least 10 years.
The LCD displays the remainingand total battery power in automatic cycle.
Equipped with contact or modulated infrared interfaces and RS485 communication interfaces; each communication interface operates at an independent physical layer, ensuring that failure of one interface does not affect others.
The RS485 interface is configured with a default baud rate of 2400bps.
The communication protocol of the electricity meter complies with DL/T 645-2007 and its approved documentation.
Infrared Communication Interface: Communication range: ≥5m; coverage angles: 1Φ1≥at the exact top, left, and right sides of the central axis, and 1Φ1≥directly below the central axis.
The RS485 communication interface meets the anti-interference performance requirements specified in DL/T614-2007.
The RS485 communication interface and the internal circuitry of the electricity meter are effectively electrically isolated, with built-in failure protection mechanisms.
Alarm Function
When any of the following faults or alarm items occur, the LCD will freeze on the corresponding code immediately, accompanied by a buzzer alarm.
1) Err-01: Card format error
2) Err-02: Key error
3) Err-03: Area code error
4) Err-04: Invalid user ID
5) Err-05: Number of errors
6) Err-06: Accumulated power error
7) Err-07: Account opening error
8) Err-08 Write-back error
9) Err-33: Incorrect preset parameters
When the user's remaining power drops below the alarm threshold, the LCD screen flashes' Alarm 'to alert the user of low battery and prompt power purchase. If the remaining power reaches 0 KWh or falls below the automatic power-off threshold, the meter's relay disconnects, cutting off the power supply.When the user's remaining power drops below the alarm threshold, the LCD screen flashes' Alarm 'to alert the user of low battery and prompt power purchase.
